Privacy.

What personal information I collect, why, where it goes, and who to ask. It follows Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

In effect from September 24, 2026

Who is responsible

Philip LeNir, President and person in charge of the protection of personal information.
confidentialite@lenirai.com
4374, avenue Girouard, Montréal (Québec), Canada

Write to that address to see, correct or delete your information, or to make a complaint.

What I collect

  • When you write to me: your name, your email address and what you write. I use them to reply and to set up a time.
  • When we work together: the name, organization and address I need for your invoice.
  • On this site: nothing else. It uses no cookies and no tracking.

During coaching

  • The interview. We meet on Google Meet, and Google Meet transcribes the interview. I send you the transcript, you paste it into your own AI, and I delete my copy.
  • Your files. What you open on a shared screen stays on your computer and in your own accounts. I don’t keep copies.
  • Your AI accounts (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) are yours, in your name, under those companies’ own terms. What you put into them is between you and them.

How long I keep it

Correspondence about an engagement is deleted within 90 days after it ends. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see your personal information, correct it, or have it deleted when there is no longer a reason to keep it, and you can withdraw your consent to hearing from me. Write to confidentialite@lenirai.com. You can also complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

If an incident puts your information at risk of serious harm, I will tell you and the Commission, and I keep the register of incidents the law requires.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
