You drive.
We work on your real thing, live, on a shared screen.
Who it’s for
Senior people who run a one-person business: consultants, advisors, specialists, coaches, who want their AI set up properly for the work they already do.
It starts with an interview
Your first hour opens with an interview on Google Meet, about half an hour, transcribed by AI. It’s how your AI gets to know you.
I start by talking to your AI directly: who you are, what its job is, and what I’ll ask of it once it has the transcript. Then you talk, and I ask:
- Who you are, and why you do this work.
- What you sell, to whom, and how they find you.
- Where the business is today, and where you want it to go.
- What you want your AI to help you do.
I play back what I hear, and I push when a story needs unpacking. That’s usually where the useful part comes out: what clients really pay you for, the rules of your trade, the things you’d rather not do. As we go, I turn them into instructions for your AI, such as “check every fact twice before anything goes in front of a client.”
I finish with its orders: read all of it carefully, build a set of files about you and your business and keep them up to date, ask you instead of guessing, and start on your first project.
I send you the transcript and you paste it into your own AI. From then on, it starts from where you are. You don’t have to explain yourself to it again.
What a session is
An hour on Google Meet, with your screen shared, on something you need done. Your actual task and your actual files, open in front of both of us.
You drive. I tell you why the AI just did the odd thing it did (because it will) and what to say to it instead. Knowing why is most of the skill.
By the end of the hour there’s usually something real: the market research you needed, the spreadsheet cleaned, the first draft that was a blank page that morning.
In one or two sessions together, we’ll have your AI doing what you need it to do: research, designing documents, building your website, helping you think, tracking your to-dos, and guiding you as you learn.
One hour or two
One hour: Unstick one thing.
You have a specific task that’s been sitting there. We do it together and you keep the method.
Two hours: Reset how you work.
Usually two sessions. We look at the handful of things that eat your week and set your AI up to take on the repetitive work.
What you leave with
- Your AI, briefed on you: the whole interview, with my instructions to it.
- The thing we made: the research, the document, the cleaned‑up file.
- If we work on your website, your AI also gets the knowledge base I built with mine, so it can run design passes and edit a WordPress site directly.
- The method, and why it works, so you can do it again on your own.
- You keep everything: the prompts, the files, the setup, in your own AI account. There’s nothing to renew with me, and nothing stops working when we stop meeting.
What it costs
$350 an hour, in Canadian dollars, taxes extra.
Practical things
English or Quebec French
Or a mix. Your call.
On Google Meet
With a shared screen. In person in Montreal when it matters.
Confidential material
If your work involves other people’s confidential information, tell me before the first session and we’ll pick work you can share on screen.
Do I have to switch from ChatGPT?
No.
I coach people on ChatGPT and on Claude. If you’re starting fresh, I usually recommend Claude, with the Claude desktop app. It can do almost everything we work on, including building your website. That means paying for a Claude account, in your name. Sometimes I also recommend Google’s Gemini API, for images and research.
Can I use AI with my clients’ information?
Yes, with care.
Quebec’s Law 25 sets rules for sending your clients’ personal information outside Quebec, and most AI runs on servers outside it. So if your work involves client information, we set up how you’ll use AI with it: what can go in as it is, what needs names and details taken out first, and which settings to check in your account.
I’ve built two tools that take the names out before any AI sees the text: one runs entirely offline, the other on a server in Montreal. I’m not a lawyer. When a question needs a legal opinion, I’ll say so.
One message is enough.
Tell me a bit about what you do. We’ll start with a short call: what the work would look like, and whether I’m the right person for it.
